Subtle Difference

manage
–verb

1. control or direct an institution, business, etc., or of a part, division, or phase of it.
2. control and manipulate resources and expenditures.

lead
–verb

1. to go before or with to show the way; conduct or escort.
2. to guide in direction, course, action, opinion, etc.
3. to go at the head of or in advance of (a procession, list, body, etc.); proceed first in.

We should likely try to do our best to always recognize the subtle yet significant difference between the two.
